I am writing this message to sincerely apologize for not reporting during the past few days. I understand that regular reporting is very important, and I regret that I was unable to submit my reports during that time.
The reason for the delay is that I was working on preparing and organizing all the requested reports. I was doing the work on the Knowledge website, but unfortunately my ideas were not working properly on the system at that time. Because of this issue, I continued working on completing all the reports offline so that I could make sure everything was done correctly.
I want to assure you that it was never my intention to avoid reporting or to ignore my responsibilities. I take my work seriously and I understand the importance of submitting reports on time and keeping proper communication.
At the moment, I have completed all the reports that were requested. I will submit all the reports on Monday at 11:30. Once my ideas on the Knowledge website are working properly, I will then transfer and upload all my reports onto the system as required.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Going forward, I will make sure that I communicate earlier if I experience any challenges so that situations like this can be avoided.
