Please assist us with an issue we are currently experiencing when trying to open the new email accounts. Whenever we attempt to access the emails, the system does not allow us to proceed and displays the following error message:

“There was a problem validating the form. Please see details below. Authentication Error.”

Due to this issue, we are unable to access the emails and continue with our assigned tasks. We kindly request that the technical team investigate and resolve this matter as soon as possible so that we can gain access to the email accounts and continue our work without interruption.
